Q.1)  My net height is 5.91ft(180cm) or 4.92ft(150cm),  Can I purchase dresses on dorisqueen.com?
A:-)  Yes, you can. Our dresses always good fit for people who net height is 5.58ft(170CM) wears 5 cm high heels.
If net height is 5.91ft, the floor length gowns cannot cover your shoes and you would like to people see your shoes, you can order it. If net height is 4.92ft, our tailor will cut it short for you and fit well.

Q.2)  How to measure the length of dress?

A:-)  Measure from shoulder point at neck over fullest part of the chest(BP.), to hemline.  

Dorisqueen length of long dress: Around 150CM(4.92ft)

Dorisqueen length of short  dress: Around 90CM(2.95ft)

NOTE: 1. The length of Some dresses maybe will be longer or shorter than average length.  It depends quite a bit  on material flexibility and styles.  (Margin of error: 5-7CM )

Q.3) I found dorisqueen standard size chart (6,8,10,12,14) DO NOT match the standard size chart of US, EUR or FR. ect.  What happens?? 

 A:-) This is our factory standard size chart, please disregard your traditionally local size chart.  As you know, dorisqueen always provide in stock dresses with fast shipping.  Shipping out within 24 hours after payment. However, the majority of people do not fit standard size, so we can alter our standard size into yours if you are in between our standard size. Please do not worry about that the dress can not fit you well after altered, we have professional tailors can help you who have more than ten years of experience in dress. 3) How to measure?

Attention please:
Hollow to hem should include the height of your shoes heel if you want the shoes to be covered by the dress. This measurement applies to dresses with trains or floor length.



4) Delivery Time  

Within 24 hours after payment if in stock, if out of stock, please kindly choose others at dorisqueen.com.



5) Workmanship&Shipping and package

We can send goods by express DHL, EMS, TNT and other fast express.(such as ARAMEX,DPEX, S.F and SCOREJP). Please note we can only use EMS for P.O. box address.

3-5 days by DHL,TNT,  and 7-15days if EMS can reach your door normally. 

6) Payment methods

We prefer Paypal as our online payment method for small to medium purchases on our site. Please be aware that your Paypal account being verified and your delivery/contact information being confirmed is up to date. This will speed up the verification and delivery of your order. For larger orders, we advise you pay via Western Union. We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion in an important undertaking. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check the package whether damaged or not?

If you are returning or exchanging dresses, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached. If yes, dresses that cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Dresses

Defective, damaged or misshipped items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide our sales with photographs clearly showing the problem with the dresses.

Size Issues

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn refer to our standard size, the finished gown may vary by approximately 2 cm in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, our tailors will adjust size for you if you provide your measurement. Should your item size differ from the specifications of your order by more than 2cm, we encourage you to find to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse the tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on our website. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact our sales to see if a return or refund is possible.

Return Process

1) Please kindly contact our sales within 7days after your received dresses. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return.

2) Once our company has approved your request, please send the item and deliver by cheapest shipping way.

3) Your return will be processed in 1 to 3 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected.
